Service Opportunity
Join SSJ Youth on Wednesday, November 24, from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm to serve at the Cantlay Food Bank (Catholic Charities of Orange County). Service includes packaging and distributing food items. This is a great way to serve as a family right before the Thanksgiving holiday. The Cantlay food distribution center provides individuals and families with food and other everyday necessities. It is open three days a week, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and is currently serving approximately 600 families per day at a drive-thru distribution. Please
Men’s Club Christmas Tree Sale
The Men’s Club will be in Mondor Plaza this weekend selling Christmas trees. Profits will be given to the school and church. Please support your community by purchasing a Christmas tree, wreath or garland. The order deadline is Thursday, November 18th by 5:00 p.m. Order forms are also available in the parish office.
Prayer Ribbon Wall
Weekend of October 30th and 31st In honor of the Spiritual Work of Mercy, Pray for the Living and the Dead, the Prayer Ribbon Wall will return the weekend of Oct 30 & 31. Help keep Mercy in Motion by handing out ribbons and assisting parishioners with their prayer intentions. Volunteers are needed for all Masses on that weekend. Welcome To Our New Catholics
On Saturday, April 3, we initiated new members into our Church at the Easter Vigil. Please welcome James Chi, Sage Hacker, Brian Jones, Gavin Malecki, Gia Malecki, Selene Murrell, Jason Tuckness and Mason Winkle, who all received the Sacraments of Baptism and First Eucharist. Brian Jones also received the Sacrament of Confirmation. They all have come to know and love our Lord through our various faith formation programs.
