Chili Cook-off & Cornhole Tournament – Saturday, June 3rd
The Saints Simon & Jude Men’s Club annual Chili Cook-Off & Cornhole Tournament returns! Saturday June 3rd 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in Colman Hall. $5 at the door lets you sample and vote on all the chilis! Do you think you have what it takes to win the famous trophy? Chili entries are free! Cornhole teams are $20. All proceeds support charity!
Fr Reynold’s 25th Anniversary – Saturday, June 10th
Please join us as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of Fr Reynold’s ordination to the priesthood! 4:00 p.m. Mass with Bishop Freyer presiding. Dinner will follow in Colman Hall with food from the Holy Smokes Meat Ministry. PLEASE RSVP HERE SO WE CAN PROVIDE ENOUGH FOOD.
Summer Kick-Off BBQ – Sunday, June 25th

Family Movie Night – Friday, June 30th
All are welcome to join us in Colman Hall for Family Movie Night on Friday, June 30th at 6:00pm. We will be screening the hugely popular “Sing 2” with lyrics so the whole family can sing along. Dinner and movie snacks will be provided!
There is NO FEE for this community event but a suggested donation of $5 per person or $20 per family would help us support our summer schedule.

JULY
Angels Game & Fireworks – Saturday, July 1st
Join your parish community for Angels Baseball! All are welcome to join us for the Angels vs Diamondbacks game on Saturday, July 1st including fireworks! Bring a friend or bring the whole family. The game starts at 7:07pm but we will be gathering outside the stadium at 6:45pm. There will be a fireworks display at the end of the game. VBS – Monday, July 17th – Friday, July 21st
Who: Children who will be entering Preschool (3yrs & potty trained) through 5th grade (based on your child’s school enrollment in the fall). You don’t need to be a parishioner to join us! Invite a friend to join you for the VBS fun!
When: Our VBS will run Monday, July 17th through Friday, July 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
What: Registration for VBS ($100 per child) will be open until June 9th and includes a wonderful week of games, Bible stories, crafts, science experiments, snacks, VBS t-shirt, faith, and fun!

XLT (Worship, Message, Adoration) – Friday, August 18th
XLT stands for Exalt, which is a night of prayer for our entire community. We will have contemporary praise & worship, a message from a guest speaker, Confession, and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.

Festa di San Gennaro – Saturday, September 16th
Traditional Italian Street Festival in honor of Saint Gennaro after the Saturday, September 16th after 4:00pm Mass. Featuring meatballs, sausage & peppers, baked pasta, salad, bread, cannoli & fresh zeppole. We will also have an Italian Accordion Serenade and Bocce Tournament! The fun and food are free but an RSVP is required. Mangia e Goditi la Festa! Eat and enjoy the festival!
