53rd Annual Fall Festival
Friday, October 4 through Sunday, October 6, 2019
Join us as we gather the parish family and the neighboring community in a spirit of fun and celebration. As we honor the Feast of St. Francis we rely on the time, treasure and talent of hundreds of volunteers to create a clean, safe and festive event that features rides, games, food and entertainment.
Note: Parking during the weekend is very limited. In consideration of our neighbors we recommend carpooling, using an app base ride service such as Uber or Lyft or go completely green by walking or biking to the event.
Volunteers ~ Volunteers ~ The size and magnitude of the Festival are impressive but what is truly inspiring is that the Festival is run 100% by volunteers! Volunteering is a wonderful way to get involved and build relationships with other parishioners. We encourage all that are able - families, individuals, teens, kids with a parent to sign up for at least one shift in a food or game booth over the weekend.
Kids and Volunteering
We welcome all ages to be a part of Festival as we believe volunteering is important work, it offers valuable life experience and helps kids develop habit of service as they learn to share their gifts and talents in our faith community. For the safety of all serving as volunteers please use the following guidelines when signing up:
• Children under 12 years are encouraged to volunteer and must sign up with a parent or another volunteer age 15 years or older.
• When signing up online - Each volunteer should be listed in a separate slot regardless of age.

Sponsorship and Underwriting
Giving together through sponsorship creates impact and improves our event. All parishioners are invited to consider becoming a “Friend of the Festival” - $100 or underwriting specific areas of Festival that range from $250 through $5,000.
