Middle School Faith Formation

Middle school is a transformative period in a young person’s life, where they naturally begin to form their own identity through increased independence and evolving social dynamics. At SSJ, we are dedicated to ensuring that middle schoolers find their identity in Christ and become part of a Christ-centered community.

Full of creativity and curiosity, middle school youth bring fresh perspectives and a vibrant energy that revitalizes our parish community. We strive to nurture their spiritual growth and provide a supportive environment where they can explore their faith and develop a strong sense of belonging.

MIDDLE SCHOOL FAITH FORMATION

Attending Middle School Faith Formation is incredibly beneficial for this age group. It provides a strong moral foundation, helping youth develop Catholic values such as compassion, integrity, and respect for others. This formative experience also fosters a sense of community and belonging, as they interact with peers who share the same core beliefs and values.

Middle School Faith Formation classes meet approximately twice a month on Mondays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.

MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH NIGHTS

Youth Nights are a fantastic way to build a Catholic community, offering middle school kids a unique opportunity to grow in their faith while having fun and building lasting friendships. These events foster a sense of belonging and encourage personal and spiritual growth during a crucial stage of their development.

Youth Nights are held approximately every third Friday of the month from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. You don’t need to be in Middle School Faith Formation or even be Catholic to join—everyone is welcome! Bring a friend and join the fun!
