2025 PSA
Every dollar raised above our goal of $209,000 will be returned to Saints Simon and Jude as a rebate. For the past two years, we have raised the necessary funds to install screens in our church. That project is still underway, as we work diligently to ensure that the screens are properly installed and safely maintained. We’ve completed the required roof repairs and asbestos screening, and we will be starting some structural changes in the spring or early summer of this year.
This year, our rebate will be used towards two worthy and most holy causes. We plan to use the additional funds to acquire a new Monstrance for our church. The Monstrance, which allows us to focus on the Eucharist—the true Body of Christ—will help us worship beyond Mass in a more meaningful way. Our current Monstrance is beyond repair and has served us well for many years, but it is now time for a replacement. Additionally, we will use the rebate funds to commission Marian Statues for both our church and our school, further deepening our devotion to our Blessed Mother.
As we move forward with this year’s PSA campaign, let us remember that every contribution, no matter the size, is a reflection of our shared commitment to our faith, our parish, and the larger Church. Together, we are not only supporting our immediate needs but also ensuring the growth and vitality of our community for generations to come.
