SSJ’s 20th annual Fish Fry begins Friday, March 3, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to help out this year. Your support is greatly appreciated! If you have not yet signed up to volunteer, please know that there is no such thing as “too much help.” It’s not too late to sign up! We are especially in need of people to help with clean-up from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. DOUBLE service hours are always earned for the clean-up shift. Bake Booth – The Bake Booth is always one of the most popular spots during Fish Fry! We rely on your delicious homemade goodies to stock our booth each week. Our very own PFA receives 100% of the proceeds from the Bake Booth. The most popular items are pies, any lemon desserts, cheesecakes and carrot cake, but all baked goods are welcome! You can always donate desserts, even if it isn’t your assigned night.
Whether you are earning service hours by working or just enjoying dinner with family and friends, the SSJ Fish Fry committee truly appreciates your support of this community Lenten tradition. If you have any questions, please contact Mary Moore at the email address listed above.
