Lectors are those called to proclaim the word of God at Sunday or weekday Mass.

The lector enters into a deeper relationship with God revealed in sacred scripture. Lectors must be practicing Catholics who are registered members of the parish. Lectors are expected to engage in careful preparation of the weekend readings.

Lectors are expected to attend the in service sessions as they are scheduled.
