To parents of children and youth in faith formation and sacrament preparation programs,
Peace and all good!
We welcome all families who wish to register their children in the parish faith formation and sacrament preparation programs for the upcoming year 2013-2014.
Our programs are meant to support the faith formation that is already occurring through you, the parents and guardians, whom the Church regards as the most important teachers and models of faith for your children. In regard to that role, we cannot emphasize strongly enough that catechesis in the absence of regular Mass attendance and ongoing stewardship may actually be counter-productive to the nurturing of faith.
You will find through these guidelines specific information about establishing a regular pattern of attendance and financial support so that the parish can thrive in the years ahead. Without the prayerful attendance and regular stewardship of your family, it is doubtful that a secure future for the Catholic Church can be maintained. At the moment, over 50% of the financial support received by the parish comes from parishioners 55 years and older, even though they are a minority of those registered in the parish. This is of grave concern for us and therefore we need your involvement to continue onward.
Thank you for taking seriously the commitment to educate your children in the Catholic faith. We are here to assist you to the best of our abilities and appreciate your compliance with our program policies.

Making a payment online, by credit card, does not constitute a child or youth being registered in faith formation and/or sacrament preparation programs. Registration forms are tailored to each family and printed with family name and address. Registration forms must be submitted to the Catechetical Center and be in sync with total fees owed. The Catechetical Center will validate payment received by credit card and registration forms received. No child will be placed in faith formation and/or sacrament preparation sessions until this verification is complete. Click here to pay your registration fees online.
