A noted theologian will present the Vatican Statement which presents sin in a new light: a a destructive pattern of actions taken by society as a whole, such as damage to the earth and the accumulation of too much wealth.  We hope to acknowledge our shared guilt in the world's iniquities and pray for forgiveness.
