Sts. Simon & Jude Pastoral Leaders have identified young adults as recent high school graduates, college students, or those entering the workforce. We support on-going gatherings that are tailored and intentional for 18-24 year olds transitioning into adulthood. Our partnership with young adults is to promote active and engaged discipleship in the mission of the Church; foster participating and contributing members of the parish.
The purpose is to keep young adults connected to their peers and to the life of the parish. We strive to provide spiritual nourishment, opportunities to serve, challenges to lead, and community to foster friendships.
Nurturing Your Faith
Our intention is to provide a place to listen and respond to the needs of each person as she or he makes the transition into an independent life.
Putting faith into action. Provide selfless acts of service through direct interaction with the marginalized and have the openness to work alongside all cultures, ethnicities, religions, race, backgrounds, and sexuality. Our Christian faith calls us to defend human dignity and to pursue a life of service modeled on Jesus' teaching.
